Return & Exchange Policy
Here at My Hera Sportswear we want to ensure all our customer's have the best experience with us. Below is our return policy to avoid any dispute and disappointment between our customers.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
- All returns must be returned / sent back within  5 calendar days. This return validity period begins from the date of goods are delivered to your shipping address.

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?
-Please note that items below can't be returned

1. Innerwear / Under Garments
2. Clearance sales and Lucky Bags 


- Please do not remove the original tags and packaging. All returned item/s should be sent in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. We reserved the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
- Received defect item/s or size wrongly described by us are allowed for exchanged
- Only one time return per order.

HOW CAN I  MAKE RETURN?
- Chat with us via Chat box / Facebook messenger / whatsapp 012-340 1019.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

1. Print out the Airway bill provided by us.
2. Pack well and attached Airway Bill outside the packaging, wait for 1-2 working days for courier service pick up or else handover to your nearest selected courier service branch.
3. Exchanged product might wait 5-10 working days to be sent out depend of the stock availabilit.

- Please note that the return goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. We reserve the right to reject any damaged returns.

My Hera Sportswear reserve the right to change, modify or amend of the above mentioned without prior notice.
